  I have used Trendall Real Estate to both rent and sell a property and I cannot fault their service or dedication.
  
  Their selection of tenants for our property was always spot on and we always had happy tenants and we were happy. If any problems eventuate, they deal with them in a calm manner and have a range of people that they can call on quickly and cost effectively to fix any issues that might come up with the property.
  
  In terms of selling a property, all I can say is that I don't think I would have got the price that we got without Ed's experience and dedication. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement.
  
  In short, there are some organisations where it is a pleasure to deal with them and Trendall Real Estate is one of those for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
